Job Summary: The Process Quality Engineer ensures that manufacturing processes meet customer and regulatory quality standards. This role focuses on analyzing and improving process performance, implementing quality controls, and supporting continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: (I)Monitor and analyze process performance metrics and quality indicators (e.g., yield, defect rates, scrap, and rework) (II)Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process-related quality issues. (III)Implement action plan, train the team, and escalate to higher level for the non-adherence. (IV)Conduct regular process and product audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. (V)Support new product introductions and process changes by evaluating quality risks and developing quality plans. (VI)Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve process capability and reduce variability. (VII)Train operators and staff on quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods. (VIII)Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. (IX)Participate in customer complaint resolution and liaise with customers regarding quality-related topics. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). · Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/process quality role. · Solid knowledge of quality tools. · Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 or other relevant quality management systems. · Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques 5’s · CMM added advantages. Job Summary: The QMS In charge is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001). This role ensures that the organization complies with quality regulations, drives continual improvement, and supports internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). · Maintain and control QMS documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records. · Lead internal audit planning, execution, and reporting. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. · Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor is preferred. · Minimum 4 years of experience in a QMS-related role · Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality tools. · Proficient in document control, audit management, and root cause analysis. · Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. · Experience with IATF 16949 or QMS software is a plus.
