Aavyaa is looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content, executing strategic social media campaigns, and managing our Instagram presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms 2. Edit and optimize video content for maximum engagement and reach 3. Write compelling scripts and captions to accompany videos 4. Implement and manage Instagram marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns 6. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and inform future strategies 7.
