Description We are seeking an experienced Welding Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in welding engineering, with the ability to design and optimize welding processes, ensure quality standards, and provide technical support to production teams. Responsibilities Design and develop welding processes and procedures. Evaluate welding techniques and equipment for various applications. Conduct weld inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to optimize welding operations. Provide technical support and training to welders and other personnel. Analyze and solve welding-related problems in manufacturing processes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in welding technology and methods. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or a related field. 5-15 years of experience in welding engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding. Strong understanding of metallurgical properties and welding materials. Familiarity with welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME). Experience with welding simulation software and CAD tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
