The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with 4- or 5-star hotels/resorts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume bookings with accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complete reservations process, ensuring smooth daily operations. Handle individual and group reservations across multiple channels including OTAs, website, and direct calls. Maximize occupancy and revenue by implementing effective yield and rate management strategies. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience. Handle guest queries professionally and promptly. Supervise, guide, and train the reservations team. Prepare accurate occupancy and revenue reports for management review. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in reservations/front office, specifically in a 4- or 5-star property. Proficient in PMS software and OTA channel management. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. Immediate availability will be a strong advantage.
