Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Design Engineer responsible for designing and implementing ELV systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Public Address systems, ensuring projects meet technical specifications and client requirements. Key Responsibilities : Design and Planning : Develop comprehensive ELV system designs, including layouts, technical specifications, and schematics. Prepare BOQs, system architecture diagrams, and equipment specifications. System Integration : Coordinate ELV system integration with other building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and plumbing. Ensure compatibility and seamless functionality of all ELV systems. Project Coordination : Work closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance. Compliance and Standards : Ensure designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications. Keep updated on advancements in ELV technology and best practices. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate design documentation, including AutoCAD drawings, calculations, and technical reports. Prepare test procedures, commissioning plans, and as-built drawings post-installation. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in ELV systems design and implementation. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office. Knowledge of relevant ELV standards and codes. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled BMS (Building Management System) Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a BMS Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, testing, and optimization of BMS systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of building systems, promoting energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Key Responsibilities: System Commissioning : Lead the commissioning process for BMS systems, including controls, sensors, and controllers. Ensure the system meets design specifications and project requirements. Functional Testing : Conduct thorough functional testing of BMS components to validate their performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during commissioning. Integration Testing : Verify the integration of BMS with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and security, FAS, FANS, LIFT, Electrical and Plumbing. Ensure seamless communication and coordination between systems. Optimization : Optimize BMS settings and configurations to maximize energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Fine-tune control sequences for optimal system operation. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed commissioning documentation, including test plans, results, and as-built drawings. Prepare comprehensive commissioning reports for stakeholders. Maintain Project Backups in an organised manner. Training : Conduct training sessions for facility operators and maintenance teams on BMS operation and maintenance. Ensure end-users are proficient in system use. Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance processes to validate that BMS systems meet performance and reliability standards. Perform retesting and adjustments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer or in a similar role.
