We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in architectural visualization, with proficient skills in 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop. Your primary responsibility will be to convert concepts into photorealistic 3D visuals, creating renderings for both interior and exterior spaces, and providing visual support to the design process through engaging presentations. Your main duties will include generating high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural and interior design projects, collaborating closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into 3D renders, developing mood boards and presentation visuals, modeling and texturing architectural elements using 3ds Max, enhancing renders through post-processing in Photoshop, and ensuring timely delivery of visual content in line with project timelines. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, advanced skills in Autodesk 3ds Max (preferably with V-Ray or Corona Renderer), proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production work, a sound knowledge of architecture, lighting, and materials, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines, keen attention to detail, a refined aesthetic sense, and familiarity with additional tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit would be advantageous.
