Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. The candidate must possess strong technical and design capabilities, with hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentation sets
• Assist in conceptual and schematic design development
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members across all project stages
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants for integrated design solutions
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
• Manage project documentation and timelines effectively

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural firms or related roles
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop (knowledge of Revit or Lumion will be an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, and construction methods
• Excellent visualization, drafting, and presentation skills
• Good communication, coordination, and team-working abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
