Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the US Staffing industry . Must have hands-on experience with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.). Strong understanding of US staffing models , tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance requirements. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable working in US shifts .
