Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager US Staffing Locations: Bengaluru & Indore Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory in US Staffing Sales with MSP/VMS experience) Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Shift: US Shift (Night Shift EST/CST time zone) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Staffing sales . The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in working with MSP/VMS clients , generating new business, and achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market , specifically through MSP/VMS channels . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients . Understand client requirements, propose suitable staffing solutions, and close business deals. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful delivery of candidates. Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and regularly report sales performance metrics. Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events (virtual/in-person as required). Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the US Staffing industry . Must have hands-on experience with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, etc.). Strong understanding of US staffing models , tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance requirements. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable working in US shifts .
