Technical Analyst

At Altera Digital Health, you will be at the forefront of driving a new era in healthcare technology, where innovation and expertise converge to enhance the human experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Data Conversion and Interface:** - Proficiently utilize Interface or data conversion development tools. - Negotiate specifications and plans with customers/vendors for non-standard cases. - Install software and interface definitions on customer servers. - Create test plan templates and ensure functionality meets customer needs. - Offer interface and workflow solutions adhering to custom request procedures. - Develop, deploy, and test configuration release packages based on customer requirements. - Provide technical assistance for interface development and installation. - Offer 3rd level interface support. - **Technical Consultant:** - Demonstrate proficiency in delivering hardware and system software technology to customers. - Provide technical support during the implementation delivery process. - Advise clients on testing strategy and planning for successful solution implementation. - Install all software required for Altera solutions. - Implement Altera solutions and 3rd party products following project scope. - Develop technical documentation to facilitate efficiency and support department objectives. - Conduct training sessions for customers and Altera staff. **Qualifications:** - **Academic and professional qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent combination of training and work experience. - **Experience:** - 2-4 or more years in related responsibilities based on the education level. - **Technical Qualifications:** - Willingness to work from the office. - Excellent communication skills. - Ready to work in shifts. - Strong technical capabilities with the ability to configure and troubleshoot complex systems. - Creative problem-solving skills. - Strong analytical abilities. - Proficiency in data modeling and writing SQL queries. - Knowledge of code\scripting languages. - Deep understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7, CCDAs, XML, and clinical terminology standards.
