Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for owning all technical aspects of Salesforce.com. This includes handling data migrations, ensuring data quality, managing systems integrations, working with 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code. Your role will involve developing and supporting customized and standard solutions that align with business requirements and contribute to key business decisions. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership by setting best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement. It will be your responsibility to explore ways to leverage SFDC in order to enhance processes and productivity, and to provide recommendations to support the organization's rapid growth. You will also define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process for developing and implementing new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code. Key Responsibilities: - Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com - Develop and support customized and standard solutions - Provide technical leadership and set best practices - Explore ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity - Define and manage a change management (release) process Qualifications Required: - Working experience as a Salesforce developer - Minimum of 7+ years of SFDC development experience (Certified Salesforce.com Developer Preferred) - Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API - Experience in writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers, Queueable apex - Experience in flows, process builders, and Lightning web components - Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud - Proficiency in Salesforce data tools and relational databases - Success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects - Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications using various technologies - Strong business analysis and functional experience - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and data presentation skills Additional Company Details: The company is located in Bangalore, India and the position is full-time under the Information Technology job category.,
