Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Silicon Labs, your role will involve building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise. You will need to have deep technical expertise in Salesforce customization, automation, and integration. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows. - Translating business requirements into well-structured, maintainable, and efficient Salesforce components. - Designing and implementing data models, security configurations, and automation aligned with best practices. - Building and managing complex integrations with enterprise systems like SAP, Apttus CLM, and Marketing platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. You will also be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of assigned modules from design through deployment and post-production support. This will involve performing code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing solutions for speed and scalability. You will need to ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to Silicon Labs IT and security standards, including SOX compliance. In addition, you will lead and execute Salesforce enhancements, upgrades, and release management activities. Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex issues in production environments with minimal supervision will also be part of your responsibilities. You are expected to collaborate with QA teams and implement proactive monitoring and logging solutions to maintain platform stability. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - At least 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments. - Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns. - Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to Experience Cloud, CLM (Apttus), or Marketing Cloud preferred. - Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD and version control tools. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps pipelines. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II or Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred) are necessary. Knowledge of Salesforce SOX compliance, including access control, audit trail, and change management, would be beneficial. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to design and implement complex business solutions independently, attention to detail, and passion for clean, maintainable code. Excellent communication and teamwork skills along with a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement are also key competencies expected from you.
