We're searching for an experienced and driven CRM Technical Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing IT delivery teams and spearheading the successful implementation of large-scale CRM projects. You'll also be deeply involved in hands-on systems development, including coding, crafting functional and technical specifications, and comprehensive testing, focusing on our business banking leads, lending, and deposit account customer onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage IT delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of CRM projects, including large-scale initiatives. Systems Development: Actively participate in all phases of systems development work, from coding to functional and technical specifications, development, and thorough testing. Project Management & Collaboration: Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Visio to ensure efficient project execution and communication. CRM Delivery Support: Provide critical support for CRM delivery across various business banking functions, including managing leads, lending processes, and deposit account customer onboarding.
