Job Description

Senior 3D Artist

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality
3D models
(characters, environments, props, vehicles, etc.) from concept to final in-game implementation.
Ensure
visual consistency
, adherence to art direction, and technical optimization workflows.
Develop and maintain
modular, reusable asset libraries
for production efficiency.
Participate in reviews and contribute to shaping the
artistic vision
of the project.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in 3D art for games (AAA or high-quality indie preferred).
Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools:
Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop
.
Strong understanding of
PBR workflows, topology, UVs, baking, and texturing
.
Proven experience with
Unity
or equivalent real-time rendering engines.
Solid grasp of
environment storytelling, scale, and composition
.
Ability to balance
visual quality with optimization
for performance.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in
shader development, lighting, or VFX collaboration
.
Knowledge of
photogrammetry or procedural workflows (Houdini, SpeedTree, etc.)
.
