Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a

  Game Designer / Level Designer

  in shipped or in-production titles.
• Strong understanding of

  gameplay loops, player psychology, and progression systems

  .
• Experience with

  Unity

  or similar engines for level creation and prototyping.
• Proficiency in

  blockout/greybox workflows

  to test gameplay before final art pass.
• Good grasp of

  narrative integration

  within level design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with

  scripting tools (C#, Bolt, Blueprints, or similar)

  for rapid prototyping.
• Knowledge of

  design challenges

  (navigation, player flow, performance).
• Experience balancing
