Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with builders, connectors, and other stakeholders to identify new business opportunities for housing finance products such as home loans and mortgage loans.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the open market dynamics to stay ahead in competitive sales environments.
Utilize LAP (Loan Against Property) expertise to provide innovative solutions to customers' financial needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

Relevant experience of minimum 2 yrs in Home loan or preferably in housing finance.
Strong knowledge of builder, connector, HL (Housing Loan), Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Open Market concepts.
Proven track record in managing complex relationships and driving sales growth.
