Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with HNI customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
Cross-sell bank products including CASA, MF, Insurance, and third-party products.
Inform clients about new products and enhancements to deepen banking relationships.
Plan and execute sales initiatives and client engagement events.
Coordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to additional financial products.
Maintain comprehensive relationship records and track customer queries/complaints for timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
Minimum 2 - 6 years in BFSI/Banking, with at least 1 year in a Relationship Manager role.
Education:
Graduate from any UGC-recognized university; Postgraduate preferred.
Age Limit:
Up to 35 years.
Skills:

Strong understanding of Trade & Forex, Current Accounts, and Commercial Assets (CC, OD, TL, Export Finance).
Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy, customer orientation, and a go-getter attitude.
