Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with HNI customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
  • Cross-sell bank products including CASA, MF, Insurance, and third-party products.
  • Inform clients about new products and enhancements to deepen banking relationships.
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives and client engagement events.
  • Coordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to additional financial products.
  • Maintain comprehensive relationship records and track customer queries/complaints for timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 - 6 years in BFSI/Banking, with at least 1 year in a Relationship Manager role.
  • Education:

    Graduate from any UGC-recognized university; Postgraduate preferred.
  • Age Limit:

    Up to 35 years.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of Trade & Forex, Current Accounts, and Commercial Assets (CC, OD, TL, Export Finance).
    • Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High energy, customer orientation, and a go-getter attitude.
