Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting in the open market.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of housing finance products such as home loans, mortgage loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

Relevant experience of minimum 2 yrs in Home loan or preferably in housing finance.
Having good connections with connectors, builders and DSA's.
Strong knowledge of housing loan, mortgage loans, HL (Home Loan), LAP (Loan Against Property) concepts.
Excellent sales skills with ability to work independently and meet targets.
