Placement Manager

As the Manager-Placement and Outreach at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, your role will involve strategic planning, relationship building, team leadership, employer engagement, data management, performance monitoring, industry analysis, and more. Qualifications and Experience: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized institution. - Minimum 8 years of experience in placement activities, career counseling, or HR management, preferably in an educational institution. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills with proven ability to engage with corporate recruiters and industry stakeholders. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with placement management software/tools.
