You will be a part of a 24/7 IT backup operations team and will have direct responsibility for Backup-related processes. Your role will involve taking a leadership position with customer teams and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain managed Commvault / Zerto backup operations, and restore systems to operational status when needed.
