We are hiring professionals with 5+ years of experience in presales for backup or archival solutions.
● Engage with partners and customers with a service-first mindset, not just to sell but to serve.
● Collaborate with leading system integrators to nurture opportunities.
● Conduct deep listening sessions with customers, OEMs, and internal teams.
● Understand pain points, validate with customers, and recommend precise solutions.
● Design and articulate tailored backup/archival solutions with clarity.
● Deliver impactful product demonstrations.
● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Backup & Archival domains.
● At least 3 years in presales engineering or technical sales support.
● Strong working knowledge of leading applications: Veeam, Commvault, Backup Exec, NetBackup, ArcServe, Druva, Cloud backup, etc.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
● Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
● Willingness to travel as required.
