Job Title: IT Recruiter Domestic Hiring (2 to 5 Years Experience)

Working Hours: Regular Indian business hours (IST)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in end-

to-end recruitment for the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing and hiring

technology professionals across various domains and experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers,

and onboarding

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements for roles across technologies

(Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, etc.)

  • Source candidates using portals like Naukri, Monster India, LinkedIn, and internal databases

  • Screen candidates for technical fitment, communication skills, and cultural alignment

  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage feedback loop

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports and trackers

  • Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview-to-joining experience

  • Work on both permanent and contract hiring mandates depending on business needs

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment for the Indian market

  • Experience in hiring across multiple domains such as Product Development, IT Services,

Consulting, BFSI, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social

hiring, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and Excel reporting

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle volume hiring as well as niche mandates

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream); MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with startups, product companies, or large-scale IT services firms

  • Exposure to campus hiring or lateral hiring drives

  • Understanding of current IT salary benchmarks, notice period trends, and market availability

  • Experience with referral programs and talent branding initiatives
