Job Title: IT Recruiter Middle East Region (5+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in Middle East

talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT job landscape

across Gulf countries and a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across various IT roles

and seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Middle East clients from understanding job

requirements to offer closure

• Source candidates through job portals (Bayt, Naukrigulf, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and

referrals

• Screen and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and suitability for client

environments

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports
• Build talent pipelines for recurring technology roles like ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity,

Infrastructure, and Development

• Understand visa/work permit requirements specific to UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain
• Stay updated with market trends and client-specific needs in the region

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on Middle East hiring
• Familiarity with Gulf region hiring practices, compensation structures, and visa processes

• Hands-on experience using job portals relevant to the region (e.g., Naukrigulf, Bayt, Monster

Gulf)

• Experience hiring for roles like SAP Consultants, Cloud Engineers, Network Admins, IT Support,

DevOps, and Developers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proficient in using ATS systems, Excel, and reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR or recruitment certifications are a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience in contract staffing or project-based hiring
• Knowledge of Arabic (basic proficiency) will be an added advantage
• Prior experience working with clients in Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI, or IT consulting sectors in

the Middle East

• Understanding of NOC, Iqama transfer, and local labor regulations (especially for KSA and UAE)
