You will be responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware and software to employees within the organization. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and software. Additionally, you will be required to maintain inventory records of computer equipment and software licenses, as well as assist in the deployment of new technology solutions within the organization. It will be crucial for you to collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. You are also expected to document technical processes and procedures for future reference and stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance technical support services. To qualify for this role, you should possess a diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with proven experience in providing technical support for computer hardware and software. You must have a strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions, as well as familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also required, along with knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Experience with ticketing systems and help desk software will be an added advantage.,
