Implementation Support Consultant

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Support Consultant who will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure and implement LOGIC ERP Product Suites, and ensure smooth adoption through training and ongoing support. - Engage with clients to understand business workflows, pain points, and requirements. - Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and LOGIC ERP capabilities. - Document requirements and prepare functional specifications for ERP configuration. - Configure LOGIC ERP Product Suites as per client business processes. - Customize modules and parameters to align with organizational needs. - Coordinate with senior product experts for advanced or complex configurations. - Deliver end-user training sessions for clients to maximize ERP utilization. - Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer queries (functional & technical). - Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate to senior experts when required. - Create user manuals, FAQs, and training documentation. - Implement ERP solutions as per defined methodology, timelines, and quality standards. - Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, product) for issue resolution. - Track implementation progress and report status updates to stakeholders. - Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships through proactive support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation, application support, or business analysis. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with LOGIC ERP is an advantage). - Proficiency in SQL and ability to perform basic database queries. - Understanding of finance, retail, supply chain, or manufacturing workflows. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact with clients. - Ability to manage multiple implementations. If you have prior experience with LOGIC ERP or similar ERP platforms, basic scripting/programming knowledge for ERP customization, familiarity with ITIL practices for support and incident management, and exposure to cloud-based ERP solutions, it will be an added advantage.,
