The ERP software developed by TPCS TECH aims to streamline material costs and organizational processes, making enterprise resource planning user-friendly, reducing duplication and resource wastage, and ultimately enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity. As an Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant based in Faridabad, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and ensuring smooth integrations. Your daily tasks will involve conducting needs assessments, system configurations, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the alignment of finance modules with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of client requirements, collaborate effectively with various departments, and ensure the efficient operation of ERP systems. To excel in this role, you should have a solid grasp of Business Processes and Analytical Skills, hands-on experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), knowledge of Finance and related modules in ERP systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working collaboratively in an on-site environment. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field would be preferred for this position.,
