Job Roles & Responsibilitie

sWe are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 with deep expertise in the Grocery or Retail sector. This role is pivotal in leading successful migrations from Oracle to Dynamics 365, working closely with engineering, implementation, and business teams to drive seamless ERP transformations

.As a key player in our digital transformation initiatives, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and other related modules

.Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead end-to-end migration projects from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business objective
• s.Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and business teams to design and configure D365 solutions tailored to the grocery/retail industr
• y.Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for D365 Finance & Operations and other relevant module
• s.Provide hands-on functional expertise in configuring and optimizing D365 to enhance business processe
• s.Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements to ensure effective adoption of the new syste
• m.Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring functional requirements are accurately translated into technical specification
• s.Oversee data migration, integration, and testing activities to validate system performance and accurac
• y.Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during ERP deployment
• s.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates to drive continuous improvement
