Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing ERP systems and propose optimized solutions.
  • Develop, document, and maintain business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and product specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and actionable insights that support continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on project progress, risks, and business outcomes.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure product adoption and optimal usage.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to design and execute test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution delivery.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • ERP System Expertise:

    Hands-on experience in ERP systems, preferably in a product-based company environment.
  • Business Process Mapping & Optimization:

    Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Data Management & Integration:

    Proficient in managing data flows and integrating systems for seamless operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Strong analytical mindset with experience in developing dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ownership & Initiative:

    Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving tasks independently.
  • Product Roadmap Contribution:

    Involved in the development and refinement of product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related domain.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems and implementing system-based solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in project delivery models is a plus.
