Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the supplier payment processing for the internal units. Managing the mailbox for the payment processing, maintaining a tracker for the incoming requests and ongoing approvals.
  • Liaising with the finance and accounts team for registering and payment of invoices.
  • Maintaining an invoice register and generating the outstanding payment reports on time for disbursal.
  • Managing the Agent contract Process. Generating the contracts due reports on Salesforce and circulating among the wider sales teams for contract issuance.
  • Reviewing the pending contracts and issuing the same. Clearing any bottlenecks faced while issuing the contracts. Maintaining the contracts issued reports and circulating them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Managing B2B and B2C Pipeline Transfers. Ensuring that the B2B and B2C opportunities are realigned and transferred to the correct BDs as per the request received from the Sales Team. Raising cases in Salesforce and monitoring it through the approvals and final execution.
  • Creating reports on Salesforce as per the business requirements.
  • Managing the relevant mailboxes in a professional manner so that all queries are handled on time every time.
  • The candidate may be required to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.

Requirements

To be successful in the Business Developer Coordinator role, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in any stream and relevant work experience of 4-5 years.
  • Experience with Salesforce – Desired but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Competency

  • Fluent in English with a pleasant voice personality.
  • A positive attitude and customer focused approach.
  • Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion.
  • Must be deadline driven and goal oriented.
  • Proven self-starter and problem solver.
