Associate II - VLSI SC Char

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing internal projects or small tasks of customer projects in the VLSI Frontend, Backend, or Analog design field with minimal supervision from the Lead. Key Responsibilities: - Work as an Individual contributor on tasks such as RTL Design, Module Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Circuit Design, Analog Layout, STA, Synthesis, Design Checks, Signoff, etc. - Analyze and complete assigned tasks within defined domains successfully and on-time with minimal support from senior engineers - Ensure quality delivery approved by senior engineers or project lead - Verify quality using relevant metrics by Lead/Manager - Ensure timely delivery as per project timelines given by the team lead/program manager - Participate in teamwork by supporting team members and performing additional tasks when needed - Proactively plan approaches towards automating tasks to save design cycle time - Participate in technical discussions - Possess required technical skills and prior design knowledge to execute assigned tasks - Learn new skills if required technical skills are not present to the level needed for project execution - Deliver tasks with quality and on-time per quality guidelines and GANTT - Demonstrate strong communication, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Qualifications Required: - Previous project experience in RTL Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, PV, Circuit Design, Analog Layout, etc. - Good understanding of design flow and methodologies used in designing - Understand assigned tasks and have sufficient knowledge to execute project tasks based on skill set - Strong communication skills - Good analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Company Details: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
