Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and analyze system performance, ensuring that all components function seamlessly to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system reliability and efficiency, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business systems and ensuring that service delivery meets organizational standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies relevant to the role.   • Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM), Incident Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management.- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.- Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.- Ability to document processes and create user guides for system users.- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its application in service management.
    Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
