Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in application support/Production support.
• Configuration and support of enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Sql / PlSql including the ability to write complex SQL queries
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix server operating systems
• Ability to read and write code in Core Java
• Knowledge in OOPS concepts
• Knowledge in Spring framework
• Strong knowledge in any scripting
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts, Incident & Problem Management Skills are mandatory
• Any application support in the previous assignment is highly expected & desirable
• Basic understanding on Java/J2EE programming and production support area.
• 2-5 years of software development experience or product support experience
• Excellent communication skills with both business partners and other engineering teams
• Familiar with Agile principles and possess a team attitude
• Problem solving and debugging skills
