We are on the lookout for a motivated and accomplished Assistant Manager - Ecommerce Content Marketing to spearhead our digital content strategy and implementation for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing, content development, and e-commerce trends, ensuring that Levi's remains the preferred denim brand for consumers. This role directly reports to the Manager, Marketing. As an Assistant Manager - Ecommerce Content Marketing, your responsibilities will include: - Devising and executing a comprehensive e-commerce content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, consumer touchpoints, and brand priorities. - Creating and managing the e-commerce content calendar in sync with marketing campaigns and commercial targets. - Utilizing market insights, consumer behavior data, and competitive analysis to fine-tune content strategies; establishing and monitoring KPIs for continual enhancement. - Leading paid media campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and display networks; driving SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic. - Crafting targeted email campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling; enhancing engagement through captivating digital and social narratives. - Supervising the development of high-quality, brand-consistent content across e-commerce, CRM, and performance channels by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. - Ensuring flawless campaign execution across Levi.in and other media channels. - Developing and overseeing content pillars such as blogs, product detail pages (PDPs), videos, and infographics, tailored to meet platform-specific requirements and trends. - Planning and leading PDP and platform-specific photoshoots, ensuring visual excellence and brand alignment in partnership with agencies. - Continuously enhancing the on-site experience through strategic content interventions and communication upgrades. - Monitoring key content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and using insights to optimize effectiveness and consumer interaction. - Collaborating with agencies, vendors, and production houses for prompt and high-quality campaign implementation. This role is based in Bangalore.
