Senior Programmatic Manager

As a Senior Manager Branding - Programmatic at Dentsu, you will play a crucial role in driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities for our clients. You will lead a team of programmatic specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions that align with client-centric strategies and objectives. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and mentorship to your team, developing and executing programmatic strategies, managing client communication and relationships, and identifying account growth opportunities in collaboration with Account Directors. Leveraging your expertise in platforms like DV360 and other DSPs, you will optimize campaigns, provide data-driven insights, and work closely with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Analyzing campaign performance data, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to best practices will be integral to your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 4-7 years of experience in programmatic campaign management, with proven expertise in leading and managing teams. Your knowledge of DV360, experience with other DSPs, familiarity with MMPs and analytics tools, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills will be essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent client management and communication skills, the ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
