Leverage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for targeted advertising and lead generation.

Produce high-quality content, including blogs, videos, and infographics, to attract and nurture leads.

Build and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects.

Optimize the website and campaigns for SEO to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.

Launch Google Ads and PPC campaigns targeting relevant keywords and locations.

Host property showcases, webinars, or virtual tours to engage potential buyers and investors.

Analyze social media and campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in performance management and lead generation, preferably in the real estate or related industries with 2+ Years experience.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with agencies, influencers, and internal teams.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail and trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
