Zyetel is a good internet service provider than compare with others ISP's. Here, we can get the quick response from technical and support team and immediate resolution for any type of service issues.And plans are having for very low prices.

I have been using this service for the last seven years. I respond promptly to any technical issue and the issue is resolved. All employees speak politly.Compare to other service providers in my area this is the best service.

Poor service from the team... they take the six months payment making the promise of connection within 24 hours.... Then they won't respond and some times even switchover the mobile... they keep on postponing the installation.. pathetic response from executives Naresh and venkat kishore..

Such a worst customer service am fed up calling them literally every day.. am getting 4mbps for 30mbps .. literally technicians and customer care people don’t bother or helpless. Such a waste buying their internet .

If you're looking for a good internet service provider I would recommend zyetel. Good support team, quick response from technicians. I'm satisfied with the after sales service.

Worst Worst Worst Service ever..... Not responding to calls... We have no options that's why we are using Zyetel …

Extremely very poor service network in Warangal area..not even responding to the customer's calls... feeling irritation calling to them number of times.. while calling service team is saying their own issues cleaning the office, technicians are not available etc etc..is that the way responding to customers????
