Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:

    Develop and implement a national sales strategy to drive growth in the

    Industrial Market

  • Target Achievement:

    Take full ownership of revenue and profitability targets, ensuring consistent sales performance.
  • Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and push the

    5+ Sales Engineers

    to maximize their productivity and effectiveness.
  • Dealer Network Development:

    Strengthen and expand the

    50-dealer network

    , ensuring strong collaboration and market penetration.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Set clear KPIs, review sales performance regularly, and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

    Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    15+ years

    in

    Sales & Business Development

    within the

    Industrial Market.

  • Sales Expertise:

    Strong track record of

    leading large teams, exceeding sales targets, and growing market share

    .
  • Leadership & Team Management:

    Proven ability to

    push, motivate, and drive a sales team

    to achieve high performance.
  • Dealer Network Management:

    Experience in managing and growing a large-scale dealer network.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong technical and commercial understanding of Industrial Products.
  • Communication & Negotiation:

    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Education:

    Bachelors/Masters degree in

    Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
