What we are looking for Bachelors degree/Masters degree (preferably MBA) /BTech Comfortable working in the night shift What you will get 1. Proven experience managing YouTube channels, preferably in the entertainment or media industry. 2. Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithms, analytics, and best practices. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal Analytical skills Problem Solving skills Ability to learn & work in a fast-paced environment High business acumen with keen focus on profitability Hands on experience Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus
