Role and Responsibilities: Own and manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, solution pitching, to successful closure. Work extensively with leads and clients based in the US and European regions, understanding time zone and market dynamics. Qualify potential clients by thoroughly understanding their business needs, technical challenges, and growth goals through virtual consultations and discovery calls. Conduct compelling, tailored online product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition and address specific client points. Maintain a consistent follow-up with prospects using email, phone, and CRM-based outreach strategies. Stay up to date with competitor offerings, industry trends, and product enhancements to effectively position solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, tech, and operations) to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding experience. Accurately forecast pipeline movement, and prepare periodic sales reports and performance dashboards using the CRM system. Ensure all client communications, negotiations, and follow-ups are timely, professional, and well-documented. Actively contribute to refining the sales strategy by sharing insights from client interactions and market observations. Consistently strive to exceed assigned sales and performance metrics. Participate in ongoing training sessions to upgrade product knowledge, selling skills, and communication effectiveness Requirements : Minimum 3–4 years of core B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets. Hands-on experience in selling software or technology products to B2B clients is essential. Prior experience in international B2B sales, particularly in the North American market, is mandatory. Should have operated in a techno-functional role, bridging client needs with technical solutions. Strong understanding of technology products and solutions, with the ability to translate features into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with sound business acumen Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and product functionalities. Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or other leading CRMs is a plus. Educational background in engineering or a technical discipline is preferred. Experience in handling large enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies, is highly desirable. Demonstrated consistency and performance stability throughout previous roles.
