Position Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs across digital and print platforms. This is a full-time, execution-focused creative role with opportunities to grow into brand storytelling, creative strategy, and design leadership over time. You will work closely with Account Managers, Content Writers, and other Designers to deliver compelling visual content that meets client objectives while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creative Execution Conceptualize and design visually appealing assets for digital platforms including social media posts, reels and shorts, web banners, emailers, pitch decks, and ads, among others. Develop print-ready collateral such as brochures, flyers, event material, and internal branding documents. Contribute to end-to-end design for campaigns, right from brainstorming and layout planning to final delivery. Assist in developing brand guidelines, mood boards, and creative references for clients and internal use. 2. Collaboration and Consistence Collaborate with Account Managers and Content teams to understand the brief and design needs. Ensure consistency in look, tone, and visual identity across all platforms. Work within timelines to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant output. Participate in internal review cycles and make edits as required without compromising on design quality. 3. Innovation and Quality Stay updated on design trends, platform-specific formats (especially Instagram and LinkedIn), and evolving aesthetic sensibilities. Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions. Help elevate WordsWork’s design standard by bringing fresh, relevant design ideas to the table. Experience and Skills Required: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced agency, startup, or freelance environment. Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; bonus if experienced in After Effects and Premiere Pro). Strong visual sense and an understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and responsive design. Ability to manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with B2B social media (especially LinkedIn) and an understanding of visual storytelling in that context is a plus. A mindset of learning, ownership, and team-first collaboration. Prior experience with the luxury and/or hospitality industry would be an asset. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field. Additional certifications in motion graphics, animation, or UI/UX will be considered a plus. Working Style and Culture Fit: Hybrid work model: Remote work with 1 mandatory office day per week (Wednesday). Must be based in Delhi-NCR or willing to travel for office days and occasional in-person client shoots. Position Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and creatively charged Social Media Manager to join the wordswork team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital content, has a strong aesthetic sense, and can manage client relationships with confidence and charm. You will lead the charge on all things social, from strategy and copy to grids and growth hacks, while coordinating with designers and managing client interactions end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their brand voice, business goals, and communication style. Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for designers, writers, and other internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client work. Maintain a strong pulse on client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues and aligning expectations. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies tailored to client goals. Create witty, original, and well-crafted content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Visualize and curate cohesive, on-brand grids and aesthetics. Stay updated on trends, reels, and formats. Own social media operations: posting, growth hacks, hashtags, calendars, analytics, engagement, ORM, boosting. Write crisp copy for social posts and short blogs as and when needed. Manage client communications and feedback loops smoothly and professionally. Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media, digital content, or PR roles. Strong command of Instagram and LinkedIn. Impeccable grammar and language skills: this role requires writing without relying on AI tools. Ability to multitask, meet timelines, and maintain high creative standards. Team spirit, people-first mindset, and ease with both clients and internal collaborators. Basic understanding of Meta Ad Manager or performance marketing is a bonus. Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree. Preference for candidates with backgrounds in Communications, Journalism, Marketing. Working Style: Hybrid setup: 1 - 2 days a week in-office (Gurgaon) or at client sites (across Delhi-NCR) is mandatory.
