Key Responsibilities: Handle complete digital media campaigns, exploring new opportunities through research, strategy, ad creation, bid management, cost optimization, and landing page testing. Collaborate with different teams to plan, execute, and enhance account performance to meet client goals. Maintain relationships with media vendors, including search engines and social platforms like Meta Ads. Provide performance reports and insights to Account Managers, Clients, and the Media Team. Analyze trends to improve media performance based on client KPIs. Drive innovation through testing strategies to enhance performance. Experience Required: Over 1 year of experience in digital media planning and buying, especially with self-service media like paid search and social advertising; agency experience is a plus. Knowledge of online marketing metrics like ROI, Meta AD's, Google AD's, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, and average order size. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Excel.
