Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the building materials industry. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team, develop strategies to expand market share, and maintain strong relationships with clients . Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales officers to meet and exceed sales targets. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and distributors in the building materials sector. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the companys footprint. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to the target audience. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and progress toward goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry or related sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the building materials industry, market trends, and competitors. Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
