Job Title: Sales Specialist - Wellness Travel Location: Kochi, Kerala, India - Hybrid Salary: Fixed salary upto ₹25,000 per month + uncapped performance-based incentives About Us WellnessLoka is a wellness-focused travel company based in Kochi that aims to help wellness enthusiasts across the world to discover and book authentic Ayurveda and Yoga retreats. We've currently partnered with more than 300 authentic Ayurveda resorts and hospitals in Kerala, Himalayas, Sri Lanka and Bali. We've helped customers from more than 20 countries to find the right wellness retreat for them. Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist - Wellness Travel to join our team in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building positive relationships with them, and overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish. This is a full-time hybrid role, with a mix of on-site and remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers by understanding their wellness needs, providing personalized recommendations, and guiding them through the booking process. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of WellnessLoka's offerings, partner properties, and wellness travel trends to effectively communicate value to customers. Customer Engagement: Build and nurture customer relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to their wellness journey. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between customers and the company, providing valuable feedback to improve our offerings and customer experience. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in online sales. However, if you’re highly motivated and meet all other criteria, we welcome exceptional candidates with less than 1 year of experience to apply. Bonus points if you have prior experience in travel sales, medical tourism, or working with a travel agency. Ability to respond swiftly to customer inquiries and follow-ups, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency in managing leads and closing sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally Strong negotiation and closing skills. Prior experience in dealing with HNIs and foreigners will be an added advantage. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions. We use Hubspot. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for wellness and travel. Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism is preferred though not mandatory.
