Job Summary: The Network Provider Management Executive will be responsible for handling activities related to network provider on-boarding, billing and reconciliation, document handling, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) management, and coordination with the Network Team. The role requires meticulous data entry, document quality checks, MIS publishing, record management, and ensuring timely completion of MoU processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provider Onboarding & Documentation: Coordinate with the Network Team to collect provider documents and verify their completeness. Maintain and update provider data in the system accurately. Ensure proper document management and record-keeping for compliance and reference. Conduct quality checks of all documents before processing. 2. MoU Management: Prepare and release MoUs as per company guidelines. Track and follow up on the signing of MoUs with providers. Maintain a record of all MoUs and ensure their timely renewal or updates. 3. Billing & Reconciliation: Ensure timely provider billing and reconciliation activities. Coordinate with internal teams to process payments and address billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records related to network provider transactions. 4. MIS Reporting & Compliance: Publish periodic reports and dashboards related to network management activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in provider management. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong coordination, Negotiation and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management systems. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in network provider management, healthcare administration, or a similar role. Experience in billing, reconciliation, and documentation management is preferred. Work Environment: Office-based role with occasional work from home/ Field work.
