Job Description: 5+ years of dedicated SEO experience , with a significant and demonstrable focus on e-commerce platforms within an agency setting. A strong, proven track record of achieving significant, measurable organic growth results for multiple e-commerce clients within a 3-month timeframe for each client. Be prepared to discuss specific examples, the challenges faced, and the strategies employed to deliver these rapid results across different clients. Expert-level knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl budget optimization, rendering, and advanced implementation of structured data for e-commerce. Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager). Deep understanding of various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, custom platforms) and their SEO implications. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for multiple clients simultaneously. Outstanding client communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical client audiences and manage client expectations effectively. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across a range of technologies and roles. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian IT talent landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for domestic IT positions (e.g., software developers, QA, DevOps, IT support). Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and role objectives. Source candidates using various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural). Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and track candidate progress. Negotiate salary and close offers in alignment with company policies and budgets.
