As we expand, we're looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience , primarily focused on backend development, who’s ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a Tech Lead role. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs. Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead by example through clean code, solid design patterns, and engineering best practices. Participate in architectural decisions and help define the technical direction of the team. Mentor junior engineers and prepare for a transition into a Tech Lead role. Ensure system scalability, performance, and security across backend services.
