Software Development- Ability to translate business requirements into software solutions using Microsoft .Net Core/.Net 8 framework, C#, Blazor Web Assembly, Asp.Net, Windows Forms, Web API, JavaScript/jQuery
IT Consulting and Application Development - Experience in IT consulting, application development, and maintenance with a focus on life sciences and healthcare sectors
Testing and Troubleshooting - Proficiency in component integration testing, user acceptance testing, and leading incident support for complex issues
Collaboration - Experience in collaborating with Business Analysts, architects, and software consultants to design scalable solutions
Mentoring and Training- Capability to mentor and train technical resources in software development, using DEVOPS practices and Agile methodologies
Database Management - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server/Stored Procedures and familiarity with code first development methodology
Communication- Strong communication skills with experience writing technical documentation
Source Control and Agile Methodology - Experience with Git Hub and Agile Methodology
