1. Responsible for execution planned / unplanned maintenance activity
2. Responsible for execution Qualification and validation activity with GMP compliance
3. Responsible to attend Breakdown of Equipment during shift
4. Responsible for calibration and AMC related activity
5. Responsible for maintaining logbooks, GMP documents etc.
6. Responsible to maintaining spare of equipments
7. Preparation /Review of all qualification document and SOPs.
8. Preparation of Documents (Process Equipments, HVAC, Water system and other Utility equipments) along with QMS Activities for Project.
9. Project site execution activities, monitoring, liaison and co-ordination with consultant, vendor, and cross functional team.
10. To monitor, review and update progress of execution and qualification activity for facility.
11. Ensure Site Readiness and allied activities are done with meeting required timelines.
12. Co-ordination with Purchase team for Equipment Ordering and Finalization.
13. Review of URS for Process Equipment’s, HVAC Systems, Water system and other Utility equipment’s.
14. Preparation and/or Review of technical comparison of all vendors.
15. Review of P & ID and documents.
16. Responsible for review of operation, activity log book and activities for HVAC, Utility, Process Equipment and water system in engineering department.
17.Responsible for preparation/review of qualification & validation documents. Responsible for supervise vendor activity.
18.Checking and verification of preventive maintenance activity for all Engineering stream. Responsible to review and remediation of maintenance request.
19. Responsible to attain all planned / unplanned maintenance activity as per SOP and in line with good engineering practices.
20. Preparation and Review of qualification documents like DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ. SOP and other required documents like Addendum study protocols preparation and review.
21. To provide Engineering support to concern departments. Machine / System up gradation considering cGMP aspect. Conducting training for subordinates for system implementation and knowledge up gradation.
22. Responsible for preventive maintenance, building maintenance inspection.
