Efficiently manage warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control and timely dispatch of goods, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of all stock movements.
Oversee regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Ensure correct documentation for inbound and outbound goods.
Order Processing:
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with accuracy to meet customer service standards and SLA requirements.
Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely delivery schedules.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adopt best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
Reporting & Record-Keeping:
Ensure proper warehouse documentation for all activities.
Report directly to Department HODs and the Director.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow established safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with vendors (stationary, printing, office supplies) for procurement and inventory management.
