Warehouse Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:

· Perform administrative tasks, such as Data Entry of Incoming and Outgoing material.

· Email /call and text co-ordination with Internal team and external vendors.

· Provide timely updates regarding goods

· Receive, process, and verify incoming goods.

· Scan, sort, and organize goods for efficient tracking and storage.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage locations.

· Identify and report discrepancies or damages.

· Assist with loading and unloading shipments received

· Assisting in dispatching orders to ensure accurate and timely shipping process.

· Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

· SSC, HSC or any graduate

· Experience- Fresher or 1-5 years of warehouse experience.

· Basic computer Knowledge of using word and Excel and should know typing and mail drafting.

· Good communication

· Punctual and Reliable
